Carrier Oils For Skin Types 101
Normal, oily, sensitive, dry, combination, and mature ... these are the majority of the types of skin we have.
Most of us ... well 99% of us will fall into these categories.
The one thing each of these skin types have in common is that they all contain 3 layers of skin and at some point in our lives we are going to want to start taking proactive action when it comes to our skin looking its best.
With so much marketing and media from all sorts of skincare companies about what and when we should be doing this and that for our face, it can and does getting confusing and overwhelming.
So I'm going to make it simple for you when it comes to the "what" part.

How to make a basic facial oil.
To keep it simple follow this guide:
For every 30 MLS of carrier oil add 5 -10 drops of essential oil (not fragrant).
You can mix and match oils and combinations to your skin type or preference.
For example, If you have dry mature skin you could use Rosehip as a base ( as its compatible with both skin types),
and add a few drops of frankincense and Helichrysum as both these essential oils are beneficial for both skin types.
Give it a try and let me know how you go. :)
